If you have DeskScapes 3, it's called Winter Snow. Load it up and choose your wallpaper in the Dynamic Dreams settings tab.

Plastic Fantastic Christmas Recolored and Vlad's Christmas Train from his christmas collection. I actually have the entire collection of his christmas walls running as a slideshow set to change every 15 minutes on Windows 7! This is an awesome Christmas desktop, I think. vStyler's blind, and Vlad's walls are an unbeatable combo. The blind, by the way, works well on Windows 7.
